TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Ownership and Payment Terms
Ownership of the items, products, or services supplied on any invoice remains the property of Protective Edge unless the invoiced amount is paid in full.
Protective Edge reserves the right to cancel or nullify any service, purchase, transaction, deal, or offer at any given time without notice or reason.
Protective Edge accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to items/products/services from courier or shipping companies once we have received receipt for the third-party service.
All items will have their price and conditions subject to change without notice.
2. Refund Policy
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to factors including automatic and immediate third-party supplier purchase orders and merchant fees, you may be liable to cover an unavoidable restocking/cancellation fee of at least 5%. Please review your purchase carefully and consider contacting us for an estimated time of arrival (ETA) before placing an order. If your order is for specialized items not generally in our inventory, this restocking fee is based on the supplier's policy, not dictated by Protective Edge.
Exchanges or refunds, if you change your mind or if parts don't suit your equipment, will be decided on a case-by-case basis. It is your responsibility to conduct your own research before making a purchase.
Protective Edge is not liable for refunds or replacements due to lost or stolen property. However, we will make every effort to assist in the recovery of your goods.
We reserve the right to offer you a full or partial refund, which can be applied over staged or full payment(s) within a 30-day period.
By selecting "Authority to Leave" or a similar option, you waive liability from the shipper (as per their agreement) and from Protective Edge. Therefore, we strongly recommend sending your package to an address where someone will be available to sign for the goods and keep them secure.
3. Warranty Policy
Warranty is for a full refund or exchange, provided the item was purchased through Protective Edge and within reasonable terms.
Warranty is void if you tamper with products or return them in a different condition than they were sold.
Warranty does not cover shipping costs to and from our facility under any circumstances.
All items/products/services purchased from Protective Edge must be used appropriately and as per the products intended use. All warranty claims are dependent on proof of proper installation and verification of failure.
Protective Edge assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from using our products on vehicles or surfaces that are not suitable for the application. This includes badly adhered paint or surfaces with chemical residues.
All refunds and warranty claims are subject to a back-to-base review, and parts must be returned to our headquarters for assessment unless otherwise arranged.
4. Privacy Policy
Protective Edge collects and retains information provided by you when you sign up, make purchases, or use our website. This information includes your name, phone number, email, and postal addresses. This information is collected and used to give the customer access to purchase online, access our system, and for Protective Edge and its contractors to contact you regarding current or previous orders. Protective Edge will not sell or share your information with any third party unless it is for contractors working with us or if directed to do so by a court of law.
5. Images and Descriptions
Images contained in product listings are for generic reference only and should not be relied upon as an accurate representation of your order. Please seek assistance from one of our team members via the provided communication methods if you need verification.
6. Sale Events and Discounts
Items sold cannot be returned, and credits cannot be applied when a sale event has occurred after purchase. Retrospective discounts are not allowed on purchases.
7. Giveaway or Protective Edge Credits
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the giveaway ("Giveaway") organized by Protective Edge. By participating in the Giveaway, you ("Participant") agree to comply with these Terms.
7.1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the applicable region and are 18 years of age or older.
Employees, representatives, and agents of Protective Edge, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
7.2. Entry Requirements

For products or credits for Protective Edge, the Giveaway applies only to Protective Edge-manufactured products, not to products purchased from other vendors.
7.6. Claiming Prizes

Prizes must be claimed within 1 month from the date of notification. If a winner does not claim the prize within this period, Protective Edge reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7.7. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7.8. General Conditions
Protective Edge reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time, if it is found the winner was selected due to technical issues, fraud, or any other factor beyond Protective Edge's control.
